The Museum of Modern Art is at 11 West 53 Street in Midtown Manhattan, with its main entrance on 53rd Street near Sixth Avenue. It opens every day from 10.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., and until 8.30 p.m. on Fridays, closing only for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The galleries shut about fifteen minutes before the museum itself.
Admission is $30* for adults, $22* for visitors 65 and over and for full-time students with ID, and $22* for visitors with disabilities, whose care partner enters free. Anyone 16 and under goes free. MoMA PS1, in Queens, is a separate site with its own admission.
