Utah Lake State Park

Utah

Utah Lake State Park, at 4398 W Center St in Provo, sits on a lake of roughly 148 square miles, and the park offers fishing, swimming, boating and paddleboarding, a 31-site RV campground, and a visitor center with displays on the history and wildlife of Utah Lake and a station where visitors can borrow life jackets. Day use is charged per vehicle, with a separate walk-in rate. We were unable to confirm the current fees, which the park's fees page lists. Hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. April 1 to October 31 and 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. November 1 to March 31, and the park is a no-fly zone for drones because of its proximity to the Provo airport.
