Guided Wildlife Discovery Tours are closed for the 2026 season; self-guided viewing stays open daily, year-round. From December to February the black bears may be hibernating and out of public view. Last entry is 30 minutes before close. No food or drink inside the habitat; no animals except service dogs; visitors under 12 must be with an adult 18 or over. Ski Mountain Road can need four-wheel drive in bad weather.
